A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Job Walk Meeting will be held at CHS, 1111 N. Saliman Road, Carson City, NV 89701. All Prime Contractors (Bidders) are required to attend the Mandatory Meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid. Major subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend, although major subcontractor attendance is not required. A representative from each potential General Contractor must be in attendance and sign-in to be eligible to bid.

The construction area for the project is limited to the two northern parking lots of Carson City High School. These lots are called the east lot and west lot per the improvement plans and include the following scope of work: saw cutting for removal, disposal and replacement of asphalt, base, and subgrade materials, minor grading, removal/replacement/reuse of signs, slurry seal, erosion control measures and restriping as detailed out on the improvement plans and geotechnical report.
