This mandatory Job Walk will begin at Argenta Hall and Dining Commons Annex - Room MC107. Please meet at the ADA ramp on the north-east side of the building. Prospective Bidders must attend the Job Walk in order to submit a Bid under this ITB. Bidders who submit a bid without attending the Job Walk will automatically be disqualified and not considered for award.
Estimate: Estimated Cost Range: $90,000 to 160,000
Trades: Class A - *General Engineering Contractor GEC; Subcontractor Opportunities
Construct three (3) offices and small reception at Argenta Hall and Dining Commons. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
