This mandatory Job Walk will begin at the Aspen Building on the Western Nevada College main campus. Please meet in the Rotary Plaza/old bookstore space. Prospective Bidders must attend the Job Walk in order to submit a Bid under this ITB. Bidders who submit a bid without attending the Job Walk will automatically be disqualified and not considered for award.

2,481 S.F. interior tenant improvement from a bookstore to a multi-use study and events area. Work will include new walls, ceilings, mill-work, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. Renovate existing space to create one office, three conference rooms and open flex space; Provide labor and material to 2201 W. College Parkway to complete the remodel of an existing room. This work will include but is not limited to: Suspended ceiling elements, fire suppression modifications, plumbing, lighting and electrical upgrades, data upgrades, A/V installation, wall construction, flooring, casework additions, and finish upgrades. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
