This Mandatory Site Walk will begin outside of the upper parking deck main entrance of 745 W. Moana Lane, Reno, Nevada. Prospective Bidders must attend the Site Walk in order to submit a proposal under this RFP. Responders who submit a proposal without attending the Site Walk will automatically be disqualified and not considered for award.

Seeking proposals from janitorial companies for interior cleaning services of all nonmedical offices and common areas including restrooms, lobbies, and hallways located at 745 W. Moana Lane, Reno, Nevada. There are medical spaces in the building, however, these spaces are all non-medical. The medical spaces and exterior of the building are not part of the scope of work. Prefer service to be performed after 5:30 PM 5 times per week. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
