This optional Pre-Bid Job Walk will begin at the Facilities Services Building (FS) located at 1303 Evans Ave, Meeting Room 101, Reno, NV. While the job walk is not mandatory, it is the only guaranteed opportunity for responders to walk and view the premises of the project. Alternate visit requests from responders will generally not be considered, and is solely at NSHE's discretion.

The University of Nevada, Reno has thirty-nine (39) buildings, located throughout Reno, that will need to have custodial services completed on them. The buildings vary as far as occupancy, finishes, purpose, and cleaning requirements. Some buildings are primarily office environments, while others have laboratories and medical offices. Each building will be cleaned at the APPA Level II, agreed upon signature of contract. It is expected that Contractor will always maintain the proposed staffing levels, as per their cost proposal, to ensure that the required APPA level is upheld. It is expected that the Contractor will provide detailed pricing for the custodial services to be provided for each building. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
