A Builders License or General Contractors License is required for this project. For buildings three stories or less in height, a Builders License or General Contractors License is acceptable. Buildings more than 3 stories in height require a General Contractors License. This building is less than 3 stories in height. DBE goal 11%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
