The City of Yonkers solicits bids for the construction of the 100 foot by 100 foot prefabricated building (structure) to permit a location where both the Fire Department and Police Department may train year round. The Yonkers Police and Fire Department in collaboration with the City of Yonkers anticipates this project to have an on-time implementation, be on budget, and meet the intended goals. The City seeks a solution that: a) Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards as well as regulatory requirements b) Provides a comprehensive turnkey 100 foot by 100 foot metal building system inclusive of designing foundation/footings, piers and slab. c) Provides all materials and labor to furnish, install and construct the metal building system.
