In general, work involves various interior renovations to work spaces on the first, second and third floor of the Town Center building located at 740 W Boston Post Rd, Mamaroneck, NY 10543. 1. Project consists of selective demolition of existing community services offices on the first floor, including the removal of existing ceilings, lighting, limited portion of the existing slab on grade, and some partitions. 2. Selective demolition of existing finishes and ceilings in room to be converted into lactation room. 3. Selective demolition on the second floor of existing ceilings, reception desk, finishes, and indicated partitions in existing engineering, ambulance corps, and building departments. 4. Selective demolition of existing ceiling tiles, and portions of existing partitions in indicated third floor offices. 5. Construction of partitions, ceilings, lighting, door assemblies, and casework, to create new meeting room, locker rooms, closets, and lactation room on first floor. 6. Renovation of second floor Building Department and Engineering Department including finishes, ceilings, lighting, reception desk, and limited partition reconfiguration. 7. Renovation of third floor office space for the relocation of the Ambulance Corps. Work includes finishes, ceiling tile, lighting, and limited partition reconfiguration. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
