The Bid for Innovation Drive Water and Sewer Extension in McDowell County, North Carolina will include all the construction site work to be completed for project in its entirety. This will require the materials, mobilization of equipment, construction techniques in accordance with local, state, and federal standards, and the labor necessary to complete the construction, which will include but is not limited to the following: Innovation Drive Water and Sewer Extension Clearing and grubbing, erosion control measures such as but not limited to silt fence, construction entrance, seeding and mulching for complete ground cover and stabilization, surveying, installation of new waterline, connection to existing waterline, testing, installation of proposed gravity sewer line and manholes, testing, pavement repair, as-built data, Etc.
