The Crook County Fairgrounds is replacing its Jockey Room, and this Project entails the construction of a new Jockey Room facility, pursuant to the plans and specifications included herein as Exhibit E. Generally, the Project involves the construction of a new 2,088 square foot building, with a public meeting facility and two bathrooms, a mechanical room, 11 parking spaces with bump stops, and one ADA parking space. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
