A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Walkthrough will be held on March 13, 2024. Due to capacity restrictions, space is limited. Please contact Kim Neal via email at nealk@trimet.org to reserve a spot and receive additional instruction. One hour meetings will be held starting at 8:00 AM at Washington Park MAX Station, Portland, Oregon 97221. Parking is available onsite. While attendance is not mandatory it is highly recommended. Interested proposers are strongly encouraged to attend, take a site visit of the tunnel facilities, and to submit questions or requests regarding information they wish to see covered at this meeting prior to the event.

TriMet is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to perform Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) replacement/installation services. TriMet has procured new BDA equipment that needs to be installed in the place of the existing, aging BDA equipment in the Robertson Tunnel. The new equipment will leverage the existing installed fiber optics, leaky-coax DAS, and power in the tunnel. Prevailing wages.
