Consulting services related to the development of master planning, infrastructure feasibility analysis, and marketing for McMinnville’s innovation campus site. This project will entail master planning three different growth scenarios (high density, medium density, and low density). The master planning will include the planned Innovation Campus (140 – 160 acres) and the adjacent Retail Center (40 – 60 acres). Then a preferred growth option will be selected that will inform the infrastructure feasibility analysis, including transportation, wastewater, water, power, natural gas, and broadband. The infrastructure analysis will be comprised of needed infrastructure to support the preferred scenario, estimated costs of the needed infrastructure and a suggested funding plan. In addition, the project will include the development of a marketing campaign to help the city and the property owners promote the innovation campus to potential partners. Prevailing wages.
