This is a contract for supplying material (emulsion) on an as needed basis. This Contract includes non-site specific work. Multiple work orders will be used to procure work of the type identified in the contract at locations that have not yet been determined. Time requirements for the non-site specific work orders will be indicated on each individual Work Order. The minimum call out per work order will be 250 gallons for pickup and 5000 gallons for delivery. All work on this contract will be scheduled and directed by the Maintenance Section Supervisors in the Maintenance Sections as follows: 1. Carthage; 2. Daingerfield; 3. Gilmer; 4. Jefferson; 5. Linden; 6. Marshall; 7. Mt. Pleasant; 8. New Boston & 9. Texarkana. Bonds required.
