Sul Ross State University is seeking bids for oil pad restoration practices to be implemented for seeding and restoring back to native habitat. Implementation of mechanical practices in a restoration effort to get back to the native habitat. Mechanical seeding of pad sites; discing topsoil and mixing the addition of bio char as a reclamation process for seed bed preparation prior to seeding. Pads will be broken down into sections with the different applications via the directive for restoration practices for future study of restoration practices. Price to include any and all fees, charges, travel, warranty, installation, labor, materials, equipment and cost (including shipping and insurance) necessary to complete the project. HSP required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
