Maintenance building includes approximately 3000SF of interior finish out office space and two maintenance bays with a bridge crane and vehicle lift. Electrical work includes electrical service entrance, back up generator, associated electrical work for the maintenance building, site lighting, and fire alarm system. Bonds required.
