This is a solicitation for contractors interested in entering into a State Let Maintenance Contract consisting of roadside mowing (right-of-way) on US0290 and various roadways & locations in Waller County, TX. Work will require full width mowing. The anticipated start date for the first cycle of mowing will occur after August 31, 2024. This is a Routine Maintenance Non-Site-Specific Call-Out contract. This Contract includes work required under multiple Work Orders. The Contractor will begin work within 48 hours of notification for routine call outs, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. The Contractor will begin work within 4 hours of notification for emergency call outs and complete within 48 hours, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
