The Virginia Department of Transportation herein referred to as “VDOT” is soliciting bids from interested firms to perform unplanned/on-call tree removal services in accordance of the performance specifications herein, within the Fredericksburg District along Interstate 95 rights-of-way within the counties Caroline, Spotsylvania and Stafford as well as the interchange of MM 148 (Quantico Ramp) in Prince William County. This is a grand total award to be awarded to one (1) bidder. SBE goal 42%.
