The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide landfill disposal services on an “as-needed” basis in accordance with this Invitation for Bids, within the Fredericksburg, Northern Neck and Saluda Residencies. The landfill location(s) for each lot listed below must be located within one of the counties within that Residency. Lot 1 – Fredericksburg Residency (Caroline, Spotsylvania and Stafford County); Lot 2 – Northern Neck Residency (King George, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond and Westmoreland County); Lot 3 – Saluda Residency (Essex, Gloucester, King and Queen, King William, Mathews and Middlesex County). Prevailing wages.
