The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors for the cleaning and maintaining of City buildings located throughout the City. The City reserves the right to add or delete buildings/spaces to the contract. Changes may only be made in writing and must be approved mutually by an authorized agent of each party.
