The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide construction services for new buildings and site work at 3401 Orcutt Avenue and 2814 Wickham Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607. The site work generally includes but is not limited to the construction of a New Huntington Middle School and a new Huntington Recreation Center, including all utilities and site elements necessary to provide the finish product as specified in the contract documents. DBE goal 15%. Bonds required.
