Roanoke County is requesting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the construction of the following project: Roanoke River Greenway Through Explore Park (VDOT UPC #113567). The Project includes the following Work: Earthwork and grading, placement of storm sewer structures and pipe, construction of greenway roadbed and paving, construction of gravel road, erosion and sediment control, maintaining separation between the work area and park users, and maintenance of traffic on Rutrough Road. The Basic Services also include coordination with Roanoke County Parks and Recreation and VDOT. DBE goal 8%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
