The County of Spotsylvania, Virginia is seeking bids from qualified for easement clearing services at various locations for projects in Spotsylvania County. The easement clearing services shall be for mowing, bush hogging and timber removal and will be required on an hourly, on-call, as-needed basis. The successful bidder (Contractor) shall perform all the easement clearing services and provide all project management supervision, labor, tools, equipment, machinery, materials, fuel, insurance, personnel, labor and a qualified equipment operator to complete the work specified in “Section IV Scope of Work”.
