Spotsylvania County is accepting bids for the Permanent Modular Office Building project. Contractor shall be responsible for delivery to site and installation to achieve a "turnkey" project. The successful Contractor shall provide one (1) 36 foot by 56 foot, permanently installed new modular building with three (3) private office spaces, two (2) single gang restrooms, one (1) common space area, and one (1) kitchen Area, and one (1) locker room area. Location: at 600 Hudgins Road, Fredericksburg, VA. Bonds required.
