The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide: for replacement of roof membrane and repair and or replacement of damaged insulation, underlayment, coping of the parapet walls, roof drains and any damaged walk pads as agreed upon. The Northwestern Juvenile Detention Center (NRJDC) rooftop is approximately 18,000 square feet with 5 rooftop heating/cooling units and multiple skylights, exhaust fan and plumbing penetrations. The existing membrane is a Carlisle 60ml product with ballast covering the entire surface. Bonds required.
