The project includes selective demolition and interior remodel, including removal of existing devices and fixtures, and installation of new power wiring devices, branch circuits, lighting fixtures, interior lighting controls, and rough-in for owner-furnished, owner-installed special systems. All new branch circuits originate from existing branch panels throughout the facility. No new distribution equipment is included in the project. The Owner is providing telecommunications, security electronics, and other low voltage systems through their designated vendor under a separate contract. Contractor is to coordinate with the Owner and/or their designated vendor to provide rough-in provisions for special low voltage systems. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 12% MBE, 8% WBE, 5% Washington Small Business, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
