• 0016 - 130201 - WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM - LS

Develop and implement a water pollution control program per Standard Specifications. Includes all BMPs, erosion control, sediment control, and waste management measures to prevent discharge of pollutants into San Francisco Bay and adjacent waters during construction.

• 0009 - 120100 - TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM

Furnish, install, operate, maintain, and remove the traffic control system for lane closures, shoulder closures, and ramp closures on the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge and approaches per Standard Specifications, special provisions, and as shown in the plans. Includes all signs, devices, and delineation for temporary traffic control during construction.

Cowan & Thompson Construction Inc. is a non-union signatory contractor. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage and worker's compensation for the entire length of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to sign our standard Subcontract Agreement, 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
