Project Description:

Construction of a new, four block park at the former Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way between Blake Street and Ward Street, along Acton Street. From north to south, the new park will consist of a new community garden new dog park, new playground with tot-cycle track, picnic areas, outdoor fitness stations, ADA pathways and plazas. landscaping, irrigation, lighting, drinking fountains, fences, gates, and ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. Work shall be completed within 240 Calendar Days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run.
