Any SB/VOSB/SDVOSB/HUBZone/SDB/WOSB Concerns Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, TEMPORARY RAILING TYPE K, RESET–ADJUST ROADWAY ITEMS, PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE, MODIFY BRIDGE ITEM, CLEARING & GRUBBING, DEVELOP WATER SUPPLY, HYDROSEEDING, EROSION CONTROL, TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL, LIME TREATMENT, PENETRATION TREATMENT & PRIME COAT, CLEAN & SEAL PAVEMENT JOINTS – ROUT & SEAL CRACKS, MINOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE, REINFORCING STEEL, ROADSIDE SIGN, CORRUGATED METAL PIPE (CSP), SUBSURFACE DRAIN, ROCK SLOPE PROTECTION, CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK – MISC., SAWCUTTING, FENCING, TEMPORARY FENCING, SURVEY OR HISTORICAL MONUMENT, OBJECT MARKER, THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING, PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING, PAVEMENT MARKER, MESSAGE SIGNS – LIGHTING & SIGN ILLUMINATION, TRAFFIC COUNT STATION, MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES, SURVEYOR, CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULING, SWPPP, TRUCKING, WATER TRUCK, STREET SWEEPING TRUCK, DEMOLITION, CRACK SEAL, AND RUMBLE STRIPS; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions.  100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%.  Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements.
