John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including those certified as DVBE, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: CAS, Traffic Control System, Channelizer Surface Mounted, Prepare WPCP, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection, Temporary Concrete Washout, Relocate Picnic Table, Roadside Clearing, Soil Amendment, Slow Release Fertilizer, Plant Group M, Plant Group U, Sod, Plant Establishment Work, Wood Mulch, Check & Test Existing Irrigation Facilities, Operate Existing Irrigation Facilities, Remove Irrigation Facility, Pop Up Sprinkler Facility, 1" Plastic Pipe, 1.5" Plastic Pipe, 2" Plastic Pipe, PVC Pipe Conduit, Move In/Move Out Erosion Control, Class 2 Aggregate Base, Minor Concrete, Building Work.

John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/SBE/DVBE firms for the aforementioned items of work. 100% Performance and Payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must be registered with the California DIR, possess a current contractors license, as well as insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting John Madonna Construction's requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign John Madonna Construction's standard Subcontract Agreement. Plans and specifications are available via email.
