LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, BRIDGE PROTECTION SYSTEM, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, WORK AREA MONITORING (BRIDGE), FURNISH POLYESTER CONCRETE OVERLAY, PLACE POLYESTER CONCRETE OVERLAY, BRIDGE REMOVAL (DECK), STRUCTURAL CONCRETE, RAPID STRENGTH, BAR REINFORCING STEEL (BRIDGE), FURNISH STEEL GRID DECK PANEL , ERECT STEEL GRID DECK PANEL, TEMPORARY VERTICAL CLEARANCE BAR ASSEMBLY, EXISTING TRUSS REPAIR, TEMPORARY TIMBER CURB, CLEAN AND PAINT STRUCTURAL STEEL (EXITSING BRIDGE), SPOT BLAST CLEAN AND PAINT UNDERCOAT, MISCELLANEOUS METAL (BRIDGE), TEMPORARY STEEL TRENCH PLATE DECK, TRAFFICE STRIPE TAPE, PAVEMENT MARKER (RETROREFLECTIVE), MAINTAINING EXISTING TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ELEMENTS DURING CONSTRUCTION
