SCOPE OF WORK: The Project is generally described as: Renovation of existing men’s and women’s employee restrooms located in Building A at the Chaboya Division. Remove existing interior stainless steel, FRP and drywall, replace with new drywall. Remove and replace sinks, water closets, urinals and toilet partitions. Finish floors with microcement, Door & hardware, Replace vent ducts, LED lights. (NON PLA PROJECT & REQUIRES PREVAILING WAGE )
