Summary of Work. The Project entails demo of existing carpet, drywall, cabinets, and doors, followed by restoration of demoed finishes (painting, drywall, carpet) and install of new dividing walls to create new office space. Contractor must coordinate its work with on-going elevator upgrades, as well as ongoing day-to-day operations of an active building.
