We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Sub-trades suppliers needed for the following work (but not limited to): potholing existing utilities, drinking water discharge monitoring, SWPPP development, dewatering non-hazardous contaminated water, monitoring of contaminated soils, preparation of hazardous waste management plan and reporting, testing, sampling, site storage, handling, transportation and disposal of RCRA hazardous/non-hazardous waste containment, pavement removal and disposal, tree removal, traffic detector loop, cold mill AC pavement, rubber polymer modified slurry, crack seal, curb and gutter, concrete driveway, curb ramp with detectable warning tiles, trench shoring, water main (8”, 12”, 16”, 36”, 48”) steel pipe, striping, traffic control, temporary k-rail, fiber optic conduit and cable, cathodic protection system, root pruning and control barrier, landscaping, clearing and grubbing, irrigation, erosion control, revegetation, 25 month revegetation maintenance and monitoring, access structure, guardrails (remove and replace), PVC pipe, video recording of existing conditions, Asphalt overlay, sidewalks, bio-retention basin with curb face inlet, parking lot paving and striping, fire service connection and assembly, fire hydrant assembly and marking, thermoplastic traffic striping and thermoplastic pavement markings, temporary resurfacing, permanent resurfacing phasing, handling and disposal of non-friable asbestos material, trucking, street sweeping, super 10 dump truck, end dump truck.

Subcontractors will also be required to abide by the terms of the Owner Controlled Insurance Program and the Labor Project Agreement and conditions of the AGC Standard Long Form Subcontract incorporating prime contract terms and conditions, including payment provisions & insurance requirements. S.P. Rados, Inc.’s listing of a subcontractor is not to be construed as an acceptance of all the subcontractor’s conditions or exceptions included with the Subcontractor’s price quote. Subcontractors will be required to provide a payment & performance bond from an approved surety company for 100% of the subcontracted work. S.P. Rados, Inc. will pay bond premium up to 1.5% (optional). Please be advised, Contractors and Subcontractors must register with the D.I.R. (Department of Industrial Relations) in order to bid on public works projects. Registration with the D.I.R. costs $300 and covers the fiscal year (July 1 to June 30th). We will consider dividing total requirements when economically feasible into smaller tasks or quantities to permit participation by MBE’s & WBE’s in the competitive process. Rados, Inc. requires that Subcontractors and Suppliers price quotes be provided at a reasonable time prior to the bid deadline to enable a complete evaluation
