Seeking DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to – CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, ROADSIDE SIGN, REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE, PLASTIC PIPE, SAWCUTTING, PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING, LIGHTING, SURVEYOR, SWPPP, WATER TRUCK, STREET SWEEPING TRUCK, UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, AND CONCRETE PAVERS; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required. Please call if you need assistance with: bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any related services; or assistance with breaking down items into economically feasible units or establishing flexible time frames for performance and delivery schedules to encourage or facilitate participation.
