John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including those certified as DBE, for the following items of work, including, but not limited to: Lead Compliance Plan, CAS, Traffic Control System, Type III Barricade, Channelizer (Surface Mounted), PCMS, Water Pollution Control Program, Temporary Check Dam, Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection, Temporary Concrete Washout, Temporary High Visibility Fence, Clearing & Grubbing, Relocate Picnic Table, Roadside Clearing, Soil Amendment, Packet Fertilizer, Slow Release Fertilizer, Plant (Group K, A, U), Sod, Maintain Existing Planted Areas, Plant Establishment Work, Wood Mulch, Root Protector, Check & Test Existing Irrigation Facilities, Operate Existing Irrigation Facility, Control & Neutral Conductors, Pop Up Sprinkler Assembly (Gear Driven), Pop Up Sprinkler Assembly, 1.5" Plastic Pipe Schedule 40 Supply Line, 2" Plastic Pipe Schedule 40 Supply Line, PVC Pipe Conduit (Sleeve), Move In/Out (Erosion Control), Dry Seed, Hydroseed, Class 2 Aggregate Base, Minor Concrete (Concrete Mow Strip), Minor Concrete (Sidewalk), Object Marker Type N, Reset Roadside Sign, Building Work.

John Madonna Construction is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE/SBE/DVBE firms for the aforementioned items of work. 100% Performance and Payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must be registered with the California DIR, possess a current contractors license, as well as insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting John Madonna Construction's requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign John Madonna Construction's standard Subcontract Agreement. Plans and specifications are available via email.
