Road and Highway Builders LLC is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including certified DBE firms for the following bid items: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN; TIME-RELATED OVERHEAD (LS); DEVELOP WATER SUPPLY; CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM; PLASTIC TRAFFIC DRUMS; PORTABLE RADAR SPEED FEEDBACK SIGN SYSTEM; PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN (LS); TEMPORARY RAILING (TYPE K); ALTERNATIVE TEMPORARY CRASH CUSHION; JOB SITE MANAGEMENT; PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM; MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT (TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL); TEMPORARY HYDRAULIC MULCH (BONDED FIBER MATRIX); TEMPORARY COVER ;TEMPORARY CHECK DAM; TEMPORARY DRAINAGE INLET PROTECTION; TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE; STREET SWEEPING; CLEARING AND GRUBBING (LS); DUST PALLIATIVE; DITCH EXCAVATION; HYDROMULCH (FRM); HYDROSEED (HBGM); DOUBLE TWISTED WIRE MESH DRAPERY; REMOVE DELINEATOR; DELINEATOR (CLASS 2); and MOBILIZATION

Also, the project Plans and Specifications are available to be viewed at our office or by contacting the above Project Manager with questions or to receive copies of the Plans and Specifications. All subcontractors will be required to sign the standard RHB Subcontract Agreement. RHB intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms interested in working on this project.
