Please submit bids/quotes at least one day prior to bid date and include any certification you may have as well as your DIR registration number. Categories of work can be broken down in to smaller quantities if necessary and delivery schedules will be accommodated to facilitate maximum participation. Selected subcontractors are required to make all efforts to solicit lower-tier subcontractors. HPS intends to work cooperatively with all qualified responders.
