SCOPE OF WORK: Construction of Sewer Group Job 843 consists of installing approximately 9,970 LF of 8”, 10” and 12” sewer main, 623 LF of trenchless installation, rehabilitation of 763 LF of 6” and 8”sewer main, replacement of 374 LF of 8” water main, sewer manholes, sewer laterals, installation of curb ramps, pavement, resurfacing, abandonment of existing sewer mains, traffic control, and furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, construction and all other appurtenances. 1.1. The Work shall be performed in accordance with: 1.1.1. The Notice Inviting Bids and Plans numbered 41048-01-D through 41048-36-D, inclusive, and Traffic Control Plans numbered 41048-T1-D through 41048-T22-D All Subcontractors must be licensed in the State of California at the time of bid and have a valid DIR Registration Number. Colich & Sons, LP is a Union Signatory Contractor to Operating Engineers and Southern California Laborers and thus any subcontractor must be signatory or willing to sign a project labor agreement. Subcontractors and suppliers are advised to submit their quotes 1 working days before the Prime's bid due date for evaluation and completion of all necessary forms to submit with our bid. Assistance in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, supplies, materials or related services are available to all firms. • Our bonding agency and insurance agencies are available to assist you with your bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance needs. We will also assist in obtaining equipment, materials and supplies as needed. • This is a prevailing wage project. Colich & Sons L.P. encourages all interested SLBE & ELBE & other CBE, MBE, DBE, DVBE, WBE, and OBE companies to contact us by 4:00 pm on 02/17/21 to review with us your proposed scope of work. We will negotiate with qualified firms for project participation. Mandatory: SLBE participation 9.1%, 2. ELBE participation 13.2%. 3. Total mandatory participation 22.3%
