We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Concrete, Sand, Rock, Waterworks Materials, Manholes, Chlorination

Plans and specifications are available to be viewed in our office located at 3201 Sturgis Road, Oxnard, CA 93030, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Friday by appointment or you can send a request to [email protected] for this project and we will send you the specs/plans.

Please provide scope sheet 2 days prior to bid date and quotes 1 day's prior to bid. Please email your quotes to [email protected]. Requirements: Blois Construction Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. Bonding assistance is available. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. If you have any questions, need assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance in services, please contact Nichole Kennedy at our office. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Please provide your DIR # with your quote. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Southern California Regional Rail Authority requirements and will be required to sign the standard Blois Construction, Inc.
