We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Abatement, Demolition, Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Roofing, Waterproofing and Weatherproofing trades. The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: Removal of existing built-up roofing and pedestrian deck coating; repair of wall cracks and spalling; and removal of existing roof-mounted mechanical/electrical equipment. New work involves thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing, pedestrian deck traffic coatings, sheet metal flashing and trim, sealants, roof insulation, aluminum access ladders, skylights, elastomeric wall coatings, exterior painting, roof-mounted mechanical equipment and electrical connections and miscellaneous plumbing. Some hazardous materials abatement is also involved.
