We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Seeking All DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to – CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE, CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK – MISC., PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING, SWPPP, STREET SWEEPING TRUCK, DEMOLITION, AND UNDERGROUND UTILITIES; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.

Plans and specifications may be viewed in our office, at your local Builders Exchange, or can be obtained at CITY OF WATERFORD, CITY HALL, 101 E STREET, WATERFORD, CA 95386, CALL CITY ENGINEER AT (209) 239-6229 OR CITY HALL AT (209) 874-2328.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions.  100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%.  Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements.
