We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The Project is described as: removal of existing clay roof tiles and their replacement with new batten seam metal roof panels. This work involves the following: a. Demolition and removal of existing clay roof tiles, underlayment, dormer vents, gutters downspouts, and hazardous materials abatement of roofing underlayment and mold infected drywall at fire-rated attic separation walls. b. Removal of roof sheathing and eave wood members and blocking with water damage and dry rot. c. Provision of new batten seam metal roof panels, underlayment, gutters, downspouts and miscellaneous sheet metal flashings and trims. d. Restoration of fire-rated attic separation walls affected by mold growth. e. Restoration of existing attic interior lighting to be functional. f. Replacement of water-damaged roof eave wood members, roof sheathing and blocking. DEMO / HAZMAT / ROOFING / CONCRETE / SHEET METAL FLASHING and TRIM/ PAINTING
