The work, in general, includes; demo & removal of park facilities (bldgs., swimming pool, misc. improvements), clearing, grubbing & tree removal, concrete & asphalt concrete removal. Improvement work includes construction of two new community pools, including pool equipment, restroom & maintenance bldg. construction, construction of new pickleball courts, a basketball court & resurfacing of a softball field with artificial turf. Also included is install of concrete sidewalk, curb, accessible ramps, retaining walls, drainage improvements, hot mix asphalt paving, pavement marking & striping. Other related items not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, specs or special provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or installed.
