We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Demolition, Asphalt Paving trades. The Project is generally described as removal of existing parking lot surface, and its replacement with new asphalt paving surface. The work also includes select base rock removal and replacement under asphalt surface, re-striping for parking lot spaces,building a trash enclosure area, replacement of select areas of chain link fencing around parking lot, trench work and excavation for underground utilities involving plumbing connections for a new drinking fountain and electrical work for a light pole, construction of a new landscaping strip, and all related mitigation of hazardous materials.
