The Project is generally described as: window replacement project, with work that includes, the following: Demolition and hazmat abatement of existing windows in the Auto Shop and Auto Shop Classroom, Removal of existing window shades. Installation of new aluminum windows and window hardware. Installation of intermediate steel structural posts at new windows, Patch and repair of existing terra cotta window sills. Installation of new window shades and all associated architectural, structural, and miscellaneous related work. Trades Required: Demo / Haz-Mat Abatement / Glazing / Structural Steel
