This Contract is subject to the District’s Project Labor Agreement. WAGES: Contractors must not pay less than the CA general prevailing rate of per diem wages to all workers. Copies of the required prevailing rates are on file at the Agency location where bids are due.REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: To be qualified to bid or to be listed in a bid proposal, all contractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations .
