Assistance is available for bonding, insurance, line of credit, materials or supplies to qualified bidders if requested. Delivery schedules will be accommodated, and categories of work can be broken down into smaller quantities to facilitate maximum participation. Selected subcontractors are required to reach out to lower tier subcontractors whenever feasible per contract requirements.
