The Project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new Coagulant Storage Building and dosing system, retrofit of the existing ferric sulfate building for alkalinity storage and dosing using sodium hydroxide and construction of a new UV Disinfection System and Building in an existing chlorine contact tank and modifications to the existing chlorine disinfection system. Includes all associated structural, concrete, yard pipe, architectural, mechanical, piping, equipment, building mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, doors, misc metals, electrical, painting and site work. The Project work also includes site piping, earthwork, paving, landscaping, erosions control, traffic control, pressure testing and disinfection, clean-up, and any other work as shown in the Project Plans or described in the Tech Specs. Federal/WIFIA Funding Requirements include but are not limited to; DBE - EPA 40 CFR Part 33, AIS, Davis Bacon/Prevailing Wages, EEO.

PCL intends to establish work delivery schedules that encourage DBE participation. Subs and Suppliers are encouraged to contact PCL for insurance requirements, plan info, or if any other assistance is needed.
