Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Plumbing, Carpentry, Abatement, Demolition, Painting trades. The Project is generally described as, but not limited to: interior
alteration and improvements which include: Selective demolition, Metal stud wall framing, Gypsum wall assemblies, Painting, Plastic laminated cabinets and countertops, Horizontal sliding markerboards, Koroseal Walltalker, Rolling window shades, Plumbing work for classroom sink, Electric-powered automated projection screens, A/V systems, Electrical power and data upgrades, LED ceiling light fixtures, Lighting controls.
The Estimated construction value of the work is $290,000.
