Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Abatement contractor
Asbestos
PCB
There is a small office building (approx. 10,000 square foot) located on the property which contains PCBs and asbestos that is scheduled for demolition. The PCBs and Asbestos must first be abated and removed.
We are soliciting interest and will open bids at a later date.
